Pylos Luxembourg is pleased to announce the sale of The Central to a group of international investors. The Central is a residential project located on Avenue de la Gare, a prime location in the station district of Luxembourg. The project comprises a total of 31 modern apartments with a surface area of approximately 1600 m2 and 36 parking spaces. Demolition works started earlier this year and the building is expected to be delivered mid-2019.
The ground floor is destined for retail use and was not part of the sales transaction.
